Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. I know it has been a while since I posted and I am sorry for that. When I remembered to do it I was busy and when I was free I forgot. i have now been home for 4 weeks and 2 days, which if you didn’t know was far longer than originally planned. Thanks to COVID I am now going back to Georgia on January 3rd and leaving the country on January 7th.

At first being home was pretty overwhelming, seeing all the stuff I took for granted before, and didn’t know it. Living off what you can carry really changes your perspective on what really matters in life. I grew closer to God in these last few months than i ever have before. I learned the value of communication and community. I met so many new brothers and sisters, I had good and bad days, I cried, I laughed, I smiled, I yelled, I sang, but in the end I learned how to follow God in all of it and that there is a purpose to all of it.

I love you all I’m not going to promise when another blog will happen because I keep breaking those promises so I’ll do one as soon as possible.
