Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. I had some time given to me today to write a blog, and I won’t have time tomorrow so that’s what I’m doing. We made it back from Louisiana, we went back for a second week after we stayed in Texas. I have reached $11,073 in fundraising and I need 12,000 by November 15th and I’m making good progress.

This week we learned about the conflict between the church and race and how deep it runs in this country. An organization called one race came and spoke to us Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday about how deeply complacent the church has become in this matter. Their message revolves around how the church should not be fighting this but instead spearheading this movement.  We need to open our eyes that this is still a thing and has been for a long time.

I love you all, and wish you well until next week
